About Us

Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Dynamic Spine Center in St. Lucia and Miami Gardens emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.

For some, Dynamic Spine Center will take them back to a place that is cozy and familiar, offering a rediscovery of health and wellness that had been previously known but long lost. For others, the journey may offer a new center, one never before experienced.

People are recognizing the benefit of seeking an alternative to traditional medicine; one that will help them achieve and maintain optimal health. Please take the time to meet the doctor, the team, and our wellness network dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness objectives. To fully understand the nature of your health we recommend you join our free website membership program. As a patient at Dynamic Spine Center we will personally tailor a wellness program specifically targeted to your wellness needs using the least invasive yet highly-effective techniques and services.

Dynamic Spine Center specializes in correcting poor spinal health and bad posture which are directly associated with many common diseases.  We use advanced non-surgical procedures designed to achieve long-term correction of postural disorders, compared to temporary pain relief. Our clinic incorporates the most advanced Chiropractic techniques to insure that you and your family receive optimal care for your specific spinal conditions.

Services & Techniques

At Dynamic Spine Center, we take great pride in providing the finest chiropractic care to our patients. We focus on the removal of the SUBLUXATION.  Here are the different chiropractic services we offer in our office.

Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "classical" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These diagnostic and correction methods are the safest, more comfortable and more effective than many others. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Charles Isidore has years of training, experience and success in correcting patients'spine and healthcare issues. Please note that chiropractic care is not a substitute for medical care, any more than medical or other form of care, is a substitute for chiropractic care. Chiropractic is not a form or branch of medicine. Medical doctors specialise in the diagnosis and
treatment of diseases. Chiropractic doctors specialise in the detection and correction
of subluxations to ensure that the nervous system functions optimally and enhances
the expression of life, health and proper function of an individual.

Spinal Adjustments: Chiropractic techniques used in the office include:  CBP, Diversified, Thompson, Activator and  other instrument.  These techniques allow a wide variability in the types of adjustments.

What are Adjustments?

Adjustments are specifically targeted pressure applied to your body by your chiropractor. The areas  adjusted are misalign joints in your spine causing malfunction of the nervs in that area. You might feel a quick thrust. At other times you might experience a constant pressure, building gently over a few moments. Several areas may be adjusted, or your chiropractor may determine that an isolated section of your spine needs to have special focus.

Some chiropractors have special tables to manipulate you to get your spine in exactly the right position for your adjustment. The key to all adjustments is to use the precise amount of pressure on the exact spot, at the correct time to get the vertebrae realigned and moving properly again. Your chiropractor has received specialized training to pinpoint the best type of adjustment to be applied to the exact area of your spine for optimal results.

An adjustment is not a specific treatment for any symptom or disease but instead it optimises the function of your nervous system by restoring better motion and/or alignment to the joints of your spine. Normal movement of the spinal joints is a prerequisite for normal brain and nervous system function. Your nervous system coordinates every movement that you do and controls every organ/gland/cell in your body. Therefore, a chiropractic adjustment allows your body to function at its best and thus allow it the opportunity to heal.

After receiving an adjustment, many patients report experiencing a calming effect. Others might feel an increase in mobility. If your results differ following your adjustment, your chiropractor will have insight into how you feel. The positive benefits may arise as you continue your chiropractic care.

What is that Sound?

During adjustment, you might hear an unusual sound at the site of the applied pressure. Lubricating fluids that separate the bones may produce a sound when the gas and fluids shift. Often, it sound like opening a can of soda. This is a normal part of the adjustment process and hearing or not hearing the sound isn't a good guide to judge the quality of your treatment.

Who should get Adjustments?

See your local chiropractic to determine whether you're a candidate for chiropractic treatment. Your chiropractic will do a thorough spinal examination and may include other tests to check for range of motion issues. The tests will provide a picture of your spinal health and help your chiropractor assess your course of treatment. Individuals of all ages benefit from chiropractic care. Newborns, infants, children and adults of all ages benefit from an on-going, natural regimen to ensure optimal health. Your chiropractor will tailor your treatment to your size, age and unique health situation.

Benefits of Continued Care

A misnomer about chiropractic care is that once the pain, discomfort or range of motion issues are corrected, adjustments and chiropractic appointments should end. This is far from the truth! The human body is very adaptable. If something moves out of alignment, your muscles and tenons begin adapting to the change. If you discontinue chiropractic care and go back to your old habits and lifestyle, you may find yourself with a recurrence of the problems that brought you to chiropractic care and the recurring problems may create bigger health challenges. Continued adjustments become more effective in maintaining health alignment over time. For optimal well being and health, consider chiropractic care a regular part of your health lifestyle.

Spinal Rehab/Therapy:  To complement and enhance the healing effects of Dr. Isidore Chiropractic Adjustment, we at Dynamic Spine Center also provide the following physiological therapeutic procedures:

Your care is personalized by the doctor and the choice of passive, active, rehabilitation, strength conditioning or do at home excercises are tailored to you needs.

X-rays

X-rays (or diagnostic images) play a vital role in chiropractic. They allow chiropractors to view your bones and joints with clarity, and to some extent, the related soft tissues. With the help of x-rays, chiropractors can evaluate the health of your bones and derive an accurate diagnosis.

What can a chiropractor see on x-rays? The x-rays that chiropractors take or has taken, will show your bones and joints along with the related soft tissues such as muscle or fat. However, the detail of muscle is not good on x-rays as compared to your bones and joints. If the chiropractor takes your x-ray in a standing or weight-bearing position, the various normal and abnormal curves of the spine can be seen as well as the severity of changes in joints. The chiropractor can evaluate the general health of your bones; determine whether or not you have any congenital anomalies (unusual shapes to your bones from birth), fractures, dislocations, and arthritic conditions, infections of the bones, or joints and tumours which would significantly alter the plan of treatment.

Do all chiropractic patients receive x-rays?

Years ago most chiropractic patients underwent an x-ray examination. With new research and better education, chiropractors now use x-rays less often. The decision as to whether or not your chiropractor takes x-rays will depend on the case information that he or she obtains from you as well as the information that is found during the physical examination. Certainly chiropractors will usually take x-rays in cases of serious trauma to assess for fracture. Patients with a history of cancer will also often have x-rays taken. These are only two examples demonstrating the clinical thinking which underlies your chiropractor’s decision as to whether or not you need to have x-rays taken.

It is more common to take x-rays of older patients as the likelihood of finding a chiropractically relevant problem is greater. Older people are much more likely to have “brittle bone disease” for example, which would change the type of treatment given by the chiropractor. see Spinal decay and X-Rays
